CHALLENGE: To design a flexible office to accommodate the shifting workspace trends and ways we work post pandemic, incorporate company standards while expressing the local Atlanta essence.
SOLUTION: Design allows for lots of natural light, incorporates biophilia, sustainable furnishings, and eco-friendly, locally sourced, mixed materials: glass, metal, concrete, marble, granite, and white oak native to the Atlanta area. The sophisticated 18^th floor reception includes a sitting area, a café bar, boardroom with foldaway glass front panels, and is easily turned into a multipurpose large events and meetings space. The 19^th floor features a golf simulator and café with a Nana wall which opens to the patio creating amazing in-door-out-door event space.
