VISION: To create a vibrant, modern, collaborative office, reflecting the company’s mission, to attract and retain the best talent and deliver exceptional results for clients.
CHALLENGE: This office was designed and built during the Covid-19 Pandemic in 2020. The challenge was to create a healthy office with an eye toward the unknown future of evolving workspace needs and expressing the local vibe.
SOLUTION: Design allows for lots of natural light, incorporates biophilia, eco-friendly materials: wood, glass, metal, concrete, marble, granite, and sustainable furnishings. Open ceilings help make the space look airy and attractive. The sophisticated entry area includes a large Hydra Moss wall, collaboration and sitting area, a café bar, and boardroom with telescoping glass wall, which when open allows for a large multipurpose event space. Conference rooms, open collaboration, media room with high-top table & stools, with AV technology, accommodate virtual and in person meetings. Working closely with Meyer Architecture and Intech Contractors, we foundcreative solutions to overcome scheduling impacts, despite being affected by Covid 19 restrictions and shutdowns, and delivered this project on time and on budget.
