VISION: To create a modern workspace delivering opportunities for collaboration, to attract and retain the best talent and deliver exceptional results for clients.
CHALLENGE: To change the way people used to work and design a flexible workspace with fewer private offices and more open workstations, to accommodate the shifting workspace trends, incorporating company standards.
SOLUTION: Design allows for workstations around the perimeter on window line and offices on the interior, with glass fronts. This layout allows lots of natural light into the space. Furthermore, design incorporates sustainable furnishings, and eco-friendly, locally sourced, mixed materials: wood, glass, metal, concrete, natural stone. The open collaboration areas with AV and high-top tables with stools are strategically located through the open space. Conference rooms, and media room, all with AV technology, accommodate virtual and in person, scheduled and impromptu meetings.
