VISION: To establish the international Newmark Grubb Knight Frank brand, and to create a workspace that will bring about a cultural shift in a way people worked, and to cultivate interaction between teams.
CHALLENGE: To integrate the sophisticated NGKF style with the tech dominated local culture, in a hip Silicon Valley Santana Row shopping mall.
SOLUTION: HKS architects and McLarney Construction helped us create a harmonious environment by blending the “teki” bright colors with sophisticated wood, granite, marble, and beautiful furniture. Inviting reception features a coffee bar and variety of sitting areas for visitors. A floor to ceiling architectural wood feature, a large moss wall, and movable acoustical panels break up substantial open space and create harmonious environment. Multiple phone rooms, media and different sizes of conference rooms with AV technology are offered, to accommodate virtual and in person meetings. Private offices and workstations include beautiful modular furniture and sit stand desks.
