VISION: To build a vibrant office where the global and local culture of Newmark render environment so architectural details and form intersect in an innovative design.
CHALLENGE: To create a space where the Newmark’s sophisticated global brand and local edgy Austin culture translate into one environment.
SOLUTION: The design connected the local geography and landscape of Austin, reflected in the reception feature wall that alludes to the intersection of local rivers, bridges and the greenbelt. Sixthriver Architects and The Burt Group GC, worked with Newmark to create a unique space. Sophisticated marble and wood finishes were combine with lively floor tile, edgy polished concrete, remarkable ceiling baffles, and lighting, to create the vibrant office, which blend the global and local cultures. Beautiful furniture in café, conference rooms, private offices, and open workstations enhance the innovative design. Office provides variety of meeting spaces from small phone rooms , medium and large conference room with state of the are AV for in person and virtual meetings.
