VISION: To expand the office to occupy the entire 10th floor, and allow growth into the next decade.
CHALLENGE: To create a workspace that will bring about a cultural shift in a way people worked, and to cultivate interaction between teams. We had to transform the existing traditional office space into the modern collaborative environment.
SOLUTION: Rotwein+Blake architects helped us create a warm and reflective palette to bend classic existing space elements, like a brick wall in the reception area, with the modern open space features. The large café combined with collaborative presentation area is perfect for all hands meetings and client events. The overall design enhanced the spaces and made it conducive to gather, work, eat and unwind. The glass fronts in the perimeter private offices, let lots of natural light, and expose beautiful views of surrounding landscape. Combined with open ceilings and biophilic elements, create a sense of wellbeing and inviting atmosphere. Office provides variety of meeting rooms with state of the are AV for in person and virtual meetings. It also features a putt-putt area to relax and break away from the heads down work.
